1. Occasional cases of erythema nodosum and erythema multiforme have been reported. 2. Erythema multiforme minus is sometimes divided into papular and vesiulobullous forms.3. SJS, TEN, and SJS / TEN overlap can be mistaken for erythema multiforme . 4. Stevens Johnson syndrome and erythema multiforme has been reported from use of tetrazepam. 5. Erythema multiforme is frequently self-limiting and requires no treatment.6. Erythema multiforme , which is also within the SCAR spectrum, differs in clinical pattern and etiology.7. Generalised lesions resembling erythema multiforme have been reported. 8. About 0.1 to 1.0 % of people show hypersensitivity reactions such as rashes or erythema multiforme . 9. Epidermolysis Bullosa, Epidermolysis Bullosa Acquisita, Erythema Multiforme , Lichen Planus, pemphigus vulgaris, Stevens-Johnson Syndrome and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis. 10. The term " Erythema multiforme majus " is sometimes used to imply a bullous ( blistering ) presentation.
